Raw Material for Face Mask, PP Spunbond, Meltblown, Nose Wire & Earloop
It is well known that polypropylene spunbond non woven fabric has widely applications, it includes as materials for medical, hospital and surgical use. Today we will mainly talk about PP non-woven fabric as an important material for making face mask.
A face mask generally consist of pp non-woven, melt-blown, earloop and nose clip. The outer (1st) and inner (3rd) layers are made of spunbonded non woven fabric and the middle (2nd) layer is made of pp melt blown nonwoven. The outermost layer of the mask is designed to prevent droplets, the middle layer is the core functional layer, used to filter droplets, particles or bacteria, and the inner layer is mainly hygroscopic.
